The aunav.EOD EOD robot is a highly sophisticated medium-sized robotic vehicle designed for explosive disposal. Its superior performance combined with ultra-high accuracy allows EOD experts to effectively respond to threats from EOD and CIED activities, as well as vehicle bomb disposal (VBIEDs), including nuclear, radiological, biological or chemical materials (CBRNs).
The aunav.EOD robot is developed and produced by Proytecsa company. It is unique in that when the target is far away from other detection systems, it can still reach the target or complete the bomb disposal task. Currently in the country by the East American Sentai exclusive agent.
The robot is designed to make it easy to reach remote areas, especially for monitoring complex equipment, large ring lines, petrochemical industries, atomic nuclei, docks, airports and military installations.
aunav.EOD has remote control camera, spotlight, etc., so that it can fully insight into the surrounding environment, remote inspection and bomb disposal.

aunav.EOD Basic Components
The aunav.EOD robot consists of two main parts, the robot itself and the console.
The control of the robot also applies to other versions of the aunav.EOD robot. Operators operate from the console, which contains a keyboard, high-resolution display and handles.
In this way, the action instructions can be executed by using the handle and the keyboard, thereby controlling the device. The display displays menus, telemetry, robot pose, camera, or other settings. The console has a built-in battery and can run autonomously for 5 hours.
Depending on the situation, the robot can communicate with the console by radio or cable.
On the other hand, the aunav.EOD robot itself includes a base, a mechanical arm, a gripper, and additional equipment.
The structure of the robot allows it to easily enter the work area, and then the equipment and gripper perform all monitoring and/or bomb disposal tasks.
The robot posture and control equipment can be adjusted at any time through the console and special software. The robot has two 2000W electric engines connected to the battery and can run autonomously for 5 hours.
Aunav. EOD Actual Combat Data
1. aunav.EOD is developed according to the needs and experience of Spanish bomb disposal team (TEDAX). The first robot was delivered in October 2003.
2. Since the introduction of this robot, TEDAX (Spanish bomb disposal team) has carried out more than 350000 operations.
3. The crushing force of the hydraulic gripper can reach 5 tons and the opening force can reach 7 tons;
4. The diameter of the gripper can reach 203mm and can lift 250kg of objects;
5. Traction force up to 750Kg;
6. aunav.EOD operator can adjust the speed, and the overall robot and arm speed can be adjusted to achieve the best accuracy.
The arm length is 3.5 meters, which is the longest value that the robot of the same size can reach;
It can reach objects up to 3.8 meters high, which allows the operator to observe and take action in difficult-to-reach places;
