Performance characteristics
·Impact resistance: It can withstand the impact test machine's impact point linear velocity of 18m/s and impact energy of 500J (342J in the standard of the Ministry). After the impact, the shield body has no breakage or cracks with a length greater than 50mm;
·Flame retardant performance: It can defend against the danger of high-temperature burns caused by instantaneous gasoline incendiary bombs, and the afterflame time is less than 10 seconds;
·It has good anti-knife performance;

Material: The shield body is made of 3mm high-density PC from Bayer, Germany, and the handle is made of engineering rubber.
Appearance: The shield body is composed of an outer riot layer and an inner buffer layer. The surface is transparent and free of defects such as pits, protrusions, bubbles, burrs, sharp corners, scratches, spots, degumming, and peeling. There is no rust on exposed metal components.
Logo: There are clear and permanent Chinese "警察" and English "POLICE" logos in the horizontal center position on the upper front of the shield.
Handle: The handle has a 45-degree angle and a length of 385mm. The two-level thread design facilitates stable grip with both hands, feels comfortable, and has no defects such as burrs, sharp corners, or slippery hands. The elbow ring is elastically designed to quickly release the hand to protect the elbow and arm.
Protection area: Outer riot layer of the shield body: 570mm×1000mm 0.57㎡, inner buffer layer: 530mm×420mm, 0.22㎡.
Weight: 3.5Kg.
Handle connection strength: The handle and the shield body can withstand a tensile force of 500N without any breakage, loosening or falling off.
Light transmittance: 90% (70% in the standard of the Ministry).
Impact resistance: The shield body can withstand 170J (147J in the standard of the Ministry) of kinetic energy impact. After the impact, there is no perforation at the stress point or cracks appear outside the 50mm radius of the stress point.
The buffer layer can release 80% of the 500J kinetic energy impact on the shield body.
1.3M high-performance riot shield
The material performance is the same as 1.0M.

Bottom plate: The four handle design facilitates various shield holding methods. When the shield body is on the ground, the upper handle can control the upper center of gravity to be fixed. When the shield body is pushed off the ground, the upper and lower handles can control the weight and center of gravity of the shield body. According to the needs of the riot formation, the shield can be held with the left and right hands.
