Performance characteristics
Impact resistance: it can withstand the impact of the impact testing machine with an impact point line speed of 18 m/s and an impact energy of 500J (department standard 342J), and the impact backing body has no breakage or cracks with a length of more than 50mm;
· Flame retardant performance: the danger of high temperature burns caused by instant gasoline incendiary bombs, and the continued combustion time is less than 10 seconds;

Material: The shield body adopts German Bayer high-density 3mmPC, and the grip adopts engineering rubber.
Appearance: The shield body is composed of outer anti-riot layer and inner buffer layer. The surface shall be transparent, free of pits, protrusions, bubbles, burrs, sharp corners, scratches, spots, degumming, peeling and other defects, and the exposed metal components shall be free of rust.
Signs: There are clear and permanent Chinese "Police" and English "POLICE" signs in the horizontal center position above the front of the shield.
Grip: The angle of the grip is 45 degrees and the length is 385mm. The two-stage thread design is convenient for both hands to hold firmly, with comfortable hand feeling and no defects such as burrs, sharp corners and sliding hands. The elbow guard ring is designed to be elastic and can be quickly removed to protect the elbow arm.

Grip connection strength: between the grip and the shield can withstand 500N tension, no fracture, looseness or falling off.
Light transmittance: 90% (Ministry standard 70%).
Impact strength: the shield can withstand 170J (ministry standard 147J) kinetic energy impact. After impact, there is no perforation at the force point or rupture occurs outside the radius of the force point of 50mm.
The buffer layer can discharge 80% of the impact of 500J kinetic energy on the shield body.

Bottom plate: four grips are designed to facilitate the change of holding methods. When the shield body touches the ground, the upper grip can control the upper center of gravity to be fixed. When the shield body is pushed away from the ground, the upper and lower grips can control the weight and center of gravity of the shield body. According to the needs of riot formation, the shield can be held by left and right hands.
